Kosovo is negotiating with the International Monetary Fund for a loan of $200 to $300 million and hopes to conclude a deal by the end of this month, the  central bank governor said on Tuesday in Vienna.

'It is still in negotiation, it is not finalised, the agreement,' Hashim Rexhepi, the central bank governor, told Reuters at the sidelines of the Vienna Economic Forum.

An IMF team completed a review of the 2010 budget in Kosovo in the end of October and talks continue, Rexhepi said.
